cant move when i spawn HELP [ Edited ]

When i load my game up, everything is smooth and i can hear sounds. The character idle animation works to but i can move or do anything. I heard using a controller helps but i dont have one. Does anyone know a way around this?

Ive had this before. I don't know what device you are using but on PS4 you just need to taunt with your left or right button. After this you can move again.

I have the same problem except I can't see my character at all. The only thing I can do is jump. I can respawn but when I look at the characters it has the loading screen. My platform is Xbox
