cant login

i am a returning player, or at least i want to be. but i need a security key to login, i got a new ipad cause my old one is broken. i cant get the security key app to work on my new ipad. the activasion code thing. so i cant even log in to my account or download swtor.

You can first try to login without the security key. Mostly then appears a link to remove the key.

If this link doesn't appear, you have to call the support:

when i try to login that security key thing doesnt appear, 

edit: now after a while i think swtor doesnt recognize me, i have changed my display name and all

also the number for the UK doesn't work

the (0) isnt used

Enter your username and password and press Log In. If you get the Security Key code screen, you can remove it from there. If not, your details are likely incorrect.
