cant get passed login screen because phone with activator is broken

i had a key attached to my account, the phone it was on is unrepeatable ... followed the instructions on how to remove a key  but couldn't get past the login page to do this as it needs a key. left it blank but still get an error, both ea and twitter swtor haven't got back to me, any one else have suggestions please ?

EA and Twiiter wont be able to help/

If you get an error on leaving the key blank, then you are best to call swtor cs when the lines are available, so they can remove the key manually.
