cant connect to servers

ive had this game a week and cant play this game online or do anything the requires to be logged online in the game i keep getting error code nba-dcfp and nba-dcfea ive already contacted support reset my interent, ive deleted and redownloaded the game 5 times, deleted my save file and nothing works. the one support person i talked to changed something in my account that allowed the game to update but then 3 hours later theres another update for the game and this happens again i can play madden, battlefield or rory golf just fine online so its not my internet

Do you still have the issue? Is this a DVD or digital copy?

If it's not too late, try to exchange it. 

If that doesn't fix it, i hope they fix this for you.

Yea i still have the issue its a digital copy and playstation support wont give me a refund they said there not allowed to give refunds on ea titles and ea support said theres nothing else they can do for me so i guess im screwed but oh well ill just stick with 2k from know on
