cant connect to lobby or ingame

Hey Guys!

i got a problem with connecting to APEX Servers, the game often says "cannot connect to ea- servers" since 25th march 2020.

when im finaly in my own lobby and want to join my mates, it didnt work! They see me in their lobbys but im still alone in my own. it also the same when we send us invites.

same proceed when im in their lobby. Changing between casual and ranked. often it takes around 10 minutes that everyone sees the chaning, also when everyone

press ready to play.

whats wrong here?

ive tried everything!

Clear cache

repair the game

reinstall origin

reinstall apex

replaced win10 to an older save from 19th march 2020.

it didnt work everything!

Hey @getGGys. 

From what you're describing it sounds like this might be more connection-related rather than an issue with the game data. We should try out some connection troubleshooting to see if that helps at all. 

When you have a chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. If it still happens after that check out the PC-specific steps as well.
