cant connect due to matchmaking list issue

ive been trying for about 5 min now and ive lost most of my patience at this point. i keep getting this "retrieving matchmaking list" it attempts to connect 9 times and then said failure. ive done this 4 times now within 5 min and even reset my computer. i can stream twitch and youtube but cant connect to the game servers. normally this only happens like once or twice, this time its keeping me out of the game
