can we expect optimization?

I could run bf1 on ultra 60fps no problem, but my rig struggles to consistently do so on medium in bfv. Meanwhile bf1 looked better on ultra than 5 on high. I refunded partly because of this. Im afraid many of my friends wont be able to play this game because of this issue. This game looks worse but is more demanding, why?
