can't play bf1 [ Edited ]

a few months ago i got origin access premier so i could play bf5, i didnt enjoy the game and cancelled my subscription. i only have origin access basic now so i should be able to play most of the prior battlefield games but for some reason bf1 is 'stuck' on the premier version and i only get a 'buy now' button, it sends me to the store where i can 'add to game library', i do that and it sends me back to my library with the same 'buy now' button. i uninstalled it and pressed 'revert to old version' or something i don't remember, i can't see it in my game library and i keep getting a failed download. i love bf1 and i want to play it but i can't

Have you tried these steps?

1. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

2. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

If these steps don't help, I would recommend contacting EA Support, and let them know you have Origin Access Basic, but it's not letting you add Battlefield 1 to your LIbrary.
