can't find my characters

I can't find a bunch of my characters, I logged in to the SWTOR account and see that this account shows as preferred, so I'm sure its the right one. but it had no characters on it once I logged in the game. It took me right to the creation page so I did throw one together so I could get into the game and see if my legacy was still there, but its gone also. funny thing is that with another account that had these toons in the same guild, they all still show, except some have the #'s added to the names showing they need to be renamed. It also shows them in the legacy (DarkRaider)…

Usual cause for no characters is usually found to be just logged into the wrong account, if you give swtor cs a call they can help determine if this is the case
