can not connect to EA server

i have bought pvz battle neighborville and i was able to play only first day

starting from today i can not connect to EA servers. it is a shame!   i have not live gold account (cause don't need)

my internet connection working well, xbox is online, other games are working 

Please help me , this is not about ports cause yesterday was working

At least i hope there is a way to play offline, otherwise i will ask a refund

Give these steps a try:

You can also try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console.

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for a minute or so, and turn it back on.

Try launching the game again, and see if you have the same issue.
