breakthrough high Time Nudge after 3.2

Hi! Only me have high TN on 32x32 breakthrough mode (300+ TN) (before 3.2 it always was low) ?
But in conquest 32x32 mode my TN always low 

Before 3.2 update i always was playing only breakthrough cos only in this gamemode i had low TN. And i had really high TN in conquest mode. 
But now i can play only conquest mode and cant play breakthrough

@arcadeuxe  Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
