blank screen with outline of page

Seems that Origin cannot even load anything, it comes up blank on my radeon based laptop.  HD 3650 is still able to play lots of games but Origin is not doing anything. CANNOT even open settings.

Reboot does not work, so I am not sure what gives other than to quit Origin and go load up Steam.....

check for vira or blocking issue in antivirus app.
