black screen issue while browsing menus or leaving lobby

black screen issue in menu

hello!

these couple of days when im playing apex my screen goes black but not in the match it happens when im browsing menu or when im going back to lobby.Game is on and im still in the lobby but i cant do anything even CTRL+ALT+DEL not working.i had to shut down my pc everytime, reset wont work. i researched a little bit but i couldnt find any topics similar to mine. is there any solutions for this issue or is my gpu is giving up on me?
