battlefield 1 lost progress

i logged into battlefield to play as usual and quite alot of my stuff is gone.....my level is still the same but all the guns you get on dlc i cant use and i pre ordered battlefield 5 so got some exclusive guns with over 1000 kills and 14 hours that is gone....the exclusive fedorov is bae and i cant use it help....so annoyed but want this stuff back.....its the kinda progress that if lost ill probably stop playing cuz 14 hours of gameplay and 1000 doesnt come easy nor quick HELP!!!!
