Since I got battlefield 1 on my ps4, I have been unable to play online. Whenever I try to join an online game I get this message: Server disconnected, you have lost connection to the session.
I have already contacted EA support and the case has been escalated to specialists but it has been taking a long time. I was hoping someone in the answer HQ could resolve my problem faster.
Update: Restarting the router and console didn't work, however, I got a chance to play the game at a friends house and it worked fine. It's strange though since my wifi is faster than his.

Hello @Awesomerulez1
Have you tried to restart your router? Power cycled (turned it off and turned it on again) you console? For PlayStation 4 you need to disconnect it from power supply for a few minutes before turning it on again to properly power cycle. Let us know how you are doing.

Hello @igonnabuym4
Can you try some troubleshooting steps from our article here on connectivity issues?
Opening corresponding TCP ports might also solve this.
