battlefield 1 bandwith error

when i join a server i just get an error saying: Server disconected  connection to ea online timed out. your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not meet the requirements of this game

i tried everything but cant find a solution

Well, we could start with the information the error message gives you? How fast and reliable is your internet?

My brother is playing on the same network as i am but he can play just fine

so what can be the problem???

Ping: 21ms

Download: 18.32 mbps

upload: 19.08 mbps

I have a very good internet connection (50Mbps) and I  still get the message
