battle field 1 ea access issues

I preordered on xbox one and i have ea access and i cant launch the trial it says I'm too early and theres no trial button on battle field one

@Lc_FLiPGZUS_o2o Hi, can you try the following steps and let us know how you get on?

1. Sign into your account on www.xbox.com
2. Go to the Battlefield 1 game in the marketplace.
3. Choose the Free version of the game then press 'Try for Free'on the next page. 
4. Accept the charge of $0.00
5. Game should then be able to be download to the Xbox One Console.
