banned with no reason

I got banned yesterday (24/6/2020) after new event update , with no reason.

I was playing with my friends ranked , then server kick me out of game and this error shown up , The game client has been banned : banned. , but i never use any cheats or hacks and i was playing game from it comes out and i never broke EA rules , I just dont know why i got banned.

There is a new event going on in apex and i dont want to miss it .

I made case too , but EA wont email me.

If you have just recently been banned and have followed he steps below, we need you to allow our Advisors some time to attend to your case.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

I follow these steps and make 2 cases (4 days ago) ,but no one email me up to now.

Just EA email me  that you banned cause of broke EA agreements , But i never broke it.

Its also about 4 days that i make case and no EA advisor email me .

@EA_Barry I followed these steps 4 days ago , and make 2 cases for this problem ,but no EA advisor email me up to now .
Just i recieved an email from EA that I broke the EA agreements.
