banned from apex

So a few day's back i was banned from apex supossely from cheating , i've never cheated , i was banned three days after the last time i played idk if that means something but for  me it seams weird. i used to play this game when it was released and i remember that any lightning softawre was needed to be closed but now it's not required and i play with at least 4 of them running in the background so i guess that made the anti cheat think i cheated? i apealed and send a email but i saw some poeple that they just respond to them a generic email that the TOS was violated and nevver explained why they were banned and im affraid of that  happening to me . Is there any way to get in contact with an actual human like a live chat or something?
