banned for no reason

I got banned for no reason. I was playing the game and it finished and when I started another queue it disconnected and said I got banned even though I haven't done something. EA Games please look through this I thick this is Misunderstanding. Thank You.

yesterday my id has been hacked by some chinese and now my id get banned cause that chinese guy use cheating program on my id and now my id has been banned pls help i want to play this game again ToT

so i use to play apex back in the day was free from bans, i come back 6 months later, and i have been banned i dont know what to do, i just wanted to play with my buddy
