“around the grounds” glitch

★★ Newbie

Product: FIFA 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Sleneerman
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Career mode - manager
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. finish playing a game 2. end the game 3. around the grounds screen pops up and occasionally won’t go past that screen
What happens when the bug occurs? after finishing a game, the “around the grounds” screen pops up and sometimes in crashes. the white spinning circle at the bottom keeps spinning and the music stops and it won’t go past that screen. you have to turn off FIFA completely and then replay your game for it to work.
What should be happening instead? it should go to the career mode home screen

stuck on this screen with no music

For issues with games freezing @TheHydraGamerYT, the first thing to do is ensure that your console and game are fully up to date.

If that makes no difference then clearing the cache and powercycling your console is next.

You can do this easily enough by following the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
  2. Unplug the power cable from your console and then press and hold the power button on the Xbox a number of times to clear the cache.
  3. Plug your power cable back in and turn your Xbox back on.

Let me know how you get on.
