armor not in collections

I bought the Chaotic Force masters set from the cartel market and then got rid of it because i wanted to use it on a different character and when i got on the other character the armor was not in my collections. It also didnt refund my cartel coins it just took them and then didnt give me the armor. How do I get my armor back?

@RealymanLP No I didnt know I had too. Does that mean there is no way to get it back even though it costed a lot of cartel coins? I feel like there should be some way.
