appearance change cartel coins missing

i attempted to purchase an appearance change for my sith assassin from chiss to sith pureblood, but when i went to press accept nothing happened. however, my coins are still missing and i've sent emails, called support and even made an ingame ticket. pls help me.

Ingame ticket is the way to get this resolved, I do know they are still catching up from the holidays , ticket should be responded to within 5 - 7 days
