i already called them twice but the agent wasnt able to even comprehend what i was talking about, i dont know whats going on.
the last time i played was 2015 and now i wanted to check out whats new just to find out that my email address is no longer linked to the swtor account
what can i do?

Hey there! I'm afraid contacting support via telephone is the only way to get an issue relating to account/billing resolved. I would suggest contacting them again and seeing if you have better luck this time around. Sorry I can't be of more help, and good luck!
