Go on your router panel and switch to off the NAT option. Or call to your ISP and ask them to do it.

I had this same problem. Fixed it by downloading the newest version of origin. For some reason origin wouldn't auto update.

Go here: https://www.origin.com/usa/en-us/store/download and install whichever you need. There's no need to reinstall origin as this will just update it to the newest version.
