apex legends fps problem

why i get same fps on all graphic setting in apex legends?

This and low fps generally (around half of the fps prior to the problem), while in dropship and on the ground. Tried to reinstall windows for this but doesn’t work. Now I only get 20-40 fps while in dropship with very choppy panning.
