I don't understand what all these problems are with apex legends game
At first I had a problem connecting with the game servers(ERROR CODE :LEAF) (ERROR CODE :NET) and I solved it using VPN
And then I played for several days and suddenly, a while ago, I got banned for no reason when talking to each other. Support was the first time the ban was lifted.
And I didn't played again until yesterday
I entered a match and the second and the message and I was banned in the middle of the match for no reason again, but when I talk to EA Support they say that I use a cheating program that is nonsense
I do not understand what the problem is, because I have been banned all the time, so I want an honest and clear answer
And to know what is the real reason behind this, and I want a solution and a response from EA to this
and include a reply from EA Support

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you out with that on Answers HQ, bans and suspensions are not cases we are able to support. We do have a dedicated TOS team that handles Sanctions and Bans on accounts. You will need to reach out to them if you have anything ban-related you'd need assistance with. They'll take a look at whatever you send their way and get back to you through email.

Well, please ask them to check the account and the problem, and what is the real reason behind all this. I am ready to help you from my side and shoot a full video until the ban to understand the problem
And in order to also prove that there is nothing I can do that causes the ban, I will shoot a video since the device is turned on for the screen, and also as a background camera that looks at the computer and everything that happens until the account ban
I really want to play Apex Legends and I find this annoying,
I can do anything on my part to help you with this issue if you need

I was also banned today after deleting the game, re-downloading it and creating a new account
I played one game
When entering the second match, I was banned
