apex coins

I bought $10 of apex coins and none of it showed up I restarted my game and still nothing so I went to rebuy it and now it shows both 2000 coins whenI didn’t even want to buy $20 worth of coins. Is there anything I can do get that money back? I haven’t spent any of the coins I would really like to get that $10 back :/
