why cant i buy apex coins from steam

i dont have credit card when i try to buy from origin payment is declined and always 1$ is deducted from my debit card

When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately payment issues are not something we can investigate over Answers HQ.
