hi.
so my apex account got banned while i was playing tdm with my friends. no mail or anything was recived from them about the ban , but when i logged into their site ..its shows i have an active ban, they replyed with "After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures." i tried to contact via live chat but it does show anyone ..
this is the second time happening .. first was my all social got hacked and they changed the mail id to some other and i contacted ea regarding this and they said .. they will be locking that account and wont be able to give back.. this time i got ban and they are not even saying in mail or any wtf am i suppose to do ?

this is their reply"Hello, We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter.""
