where can I find the DNS?

Its in your main menu settings then network settings , when setting up a connection - choose CUSTOM (not easy) when given the option, and then one of the next options is setting a DNS address - I set my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and restarted all routers related to my ps4 and it worked !

I have problem tonight to go ultimate team not loading fut squad update how it works?

I did everything You suggested and still have that ERROR   I've got Origin on PC...

I deleted squad files, "cleared cache" of Origin, reinstalled Origin, redownloaded Fifa 21,"fixed" Fifa21  in Origin, even turn-off my anti-virus.

Yesterday everything worked fine, then today it's this and I didn't do anything that could lead to this error (no updates, no installed new softwares, hardware, drivers etc.

Ehh anyone got any other ideas? Thanks

Have you tried updating your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4? That has been working for some.

Try updating your DNS settings to Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 and Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. If you can tell me what system you're playing on, I'll get you some instructions for where to update these settings. You should also be able to do a web search for those steps.
