my game is doing fine until the update. Some of my friends are having same issue too.

Yup. Same here.

EU/Germany. 

I've been getting a lot of rubberbanding/packet-loss during the last two days of S4. And now in S5, it is common place.

Servers show 30ms 0%PL since launch. Today and atm, it shows 2%. But still, the banding is extreme. 

Cannot install that Killer Control Center because I don't even have the hardware to use it. 

Did a variety of things such as checking my connection, cables, ping 192 etc etc.

Making the game and everything is fine but apparently us being able to play the bloody thing is too much.

I had this issue for three weeks and went crazy trying to figure it out. I still get some lag, but at least my game is playable now whereas before it was completely unplayable. Here's what I did

i already did all the ways, i used to get 110-150 after the way i posted, it shows 15-50"

What I did - I changed my router DNS from google's to cloudlfares (1.1.1.1) - I doubt this made any difference. 

Then I followed the steps in the first video and ran TCPOptimizer, selected my adapter and clicked the "optimal" preset (backed everything up first!)

It's been a few days now, and I haven't had the issue return, so I think I'm cured. Hope it works for you too.

Same thing with me in Sydney servers .. connection is fine - ping 22 - 0% packetloss as per apex login screen , but as soon as I connect I have packet loss symbols and the game runs horrible
