My account was hacked and cheated, resulting in my Apex being banned.
I have made multiple appeals on the grounds that my account has been stolen, but TOS has not lifted my ban.
Not long ago, I received an email from tos.
It said "we saw some unusual activity on your ea account".And it informs me that I need to change my password.
Receiving this email means that the TOS team has confirmed that my account has indeed been hacked.But my Apex ban has not been lifted.Even worse, my appeal frequency has exceeded the limit and I cannot appeal again.
I think this is unfair, and I hope tos can lift my Apex ban.

We are not able to assist with any account-related issues like this on the forums, sorry.
Other access to the account is certainly one of the factors taken into consideration in these cases, as is the activity that took place during this period.
If you've submitted multiple appeals to have our Terms of Service team take another look at the ban and they have declined to remove it however, I'm afraid that is final and not something we'll be able to change here either.
