I keep getting error 918 - account restricted. I have not received any email from you stating that my account is locked, banned, or restricted. I tried chat with technician about this issue. The chat window was open for about 10mins after stating that someone would be with me in 5 mins. Extremely poor customer service. I need answers on how to fix this issue. If someone reported me, you should have contact me via email to the email address on file.

There was a brief connectivity issue earlier that should now be resolved. Try giving your console a power cycle and you should be able to connect back online. If not, please let us know. Thanks for hanging in there with us!
