account bugged

My account just bugged for no reason. When i entered origin my library looks empty and origin wants a product code for apex legends. İ can't find my product code because all of my order history deleted too. So I re-upload apex but when I entered the game my skins,heirlooms, stats everything has gone. What should i do to get my account back ?
