accessing legacy menu on Star Forge causes the game to freeze

This only happens on Star Forge where I have the most characters and the most legacies combined. I have deleted the BitRaider and the diskcachearena and neither have helped.

Noting what you have tried already

 

Given the intel video card can you lower all gfx to low and confirm this persists 

I can see the swtor crashes in the dxdiag but unsure of the cause at this point.

 

Also given this is an all in one see this link  

 

can you try the manufacturers driver for the intel video card just in case it is a driver issue

 

Your System Bios is A0.05 the latest available is A0.11

I've seen Legacy crashes like this before which were caused by server-side issues, but I've checked your Legacy and everything looks fine, all functioning correctly.

In addition to lowering the GFX settings, could you also see if the crash happens in Windowed mode?

Also, do you have any option to test the issue on another PC?
