abandon penalty in FORCED solo comp?!?!

WHY am I getting an "abandon pentaly" in COMP when I START THE GAME by myself..... We should not be getting penalty's for not wanting to go into a COMP match solo against squads.... if you added this "fill/ dont fill" feature and its causing some players to not get squaded then you cant penalize solo players, its *
