Im trying to check whos online on my friends list using playstation website, But it keeps saying this: 

"Your connection to PlayStation™Network dropped. Talk to your service provider or check status.playstation.com for real-time network status updates."

If someone else is having this problem, please tell me what you did.

It's possible PlayStation had some website maintenance around that time. You might want to try reaching out to PlayStation Support if you're still having trouble with the website or your PlayStation account friends list.
