You must be facing the train wreckage

So I was doing Crisis on Umbara and am stuck at "Use missle launcher to bypass wreckage". I found launcher, but can not use it. While standing in green circle it says "You must be facing the train wreckage". Tried to die and the problem is still there, can not proceed.
