Hi @AnnX4.
Have you had a chance to try shutting down and restarting your PC along with your router/modem to see if that helps? Try unplugging your modem/router from the wall outlet and wait about 60 seconds. Power it back and see if you're still running into any disconnections afterward.
If you're still seeing connection issues I'd recommend running through the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website as well. Let me know if you're still seeing any disconnections after that.
