You cannot use or equip this item due to your subscription permissions - how come i cant  put on my gear i cant even click on the interface to create a ticket

Hey there! My guess is that you're preferred and you haven't purchased artifact authorization for that character. If you want to equip artifact quality items or above, you will need to either purchase artifact authorization or resubscribe. I hope this helps!
