Yet to receive 500 cartel coin from monthly subscription

I have recently paid for my 2nd 1month subscription to the game via STEAM. I paid for the subscription on the 24 August GMT +8 to be exact. I have yet to receive the 500 cartel coin. I had no issue when I paid for my first subscription last July, but has yet to receive it for my 2nd subscription. Please assist.

coins can take up to 72 hrs to appear
