I have been playing sims mobile for easily 7 years and spent well over 200$ through the years. When I got my new iPad there was a glitch on sims and never download my progress. It ended up saving my progress back at entry level. I have talked to at least 8 people via email with EA and have gotten no help. I get told the same thing over and over again. I’ve tried everything they recommended and I continue to get the run around. I have put 2 cases out for it now and still no help. I’m told someone of internal will contact me and I still am just getting an email from a different person each day telling me to do the same thing as the last. I am beyond annoyed with this entire situation. Clearly no one is reading the emails or they would actually help instead of telling me to do the same thing over and over again.
can anyone direct me to someone I can actually call to get my progress back or even t this point how to go bout a mass refund for all the money put out. Considering it was a glitch on their end that ended with me losing all this progress.
