YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS

hello my name is will and iv had the "you have lost connection to EA servers" issue for Battle field 5 for just about over a week, i have none stop been trying to fix this and literately nothing i do works iv went to the answer hub and to YouTube and ea support but im completely lost can any of yall help me please.

Alright i believe u should try hard resetting your console and if that does not work try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it because it should not be doing that for a week. If none of that works i tried man.

ok then shut down or restart your pc or uninstall and reinstall the game. i have it on my brothers xbox and its AMAZING. I just got to get my console fixed. You got steam? if so may u add me? its imkunfuzed
