If you are speaking of Battlefield V, the Beta has been over with for quite a bit, which is why you're unable to get online.

Same happens to me, ans i bought tbe whole Xbox one + battlefield V special edition

I could play a couple of days and its been 3 days trying to connect with no success.

Where can i get my refund?. Maybe it is because i used a promocode to download the game?

Figured I would respond here since a community manager would see it. Having the same issues on xbox one.  Bought the game a few days ago and everything worked fine the 1st 2 times I went to play it. This morning it said that I wasn't online (wifi full bars and connected to xbox) so I went through the steps to get online and was almost in a game and it booted me back off and said unable to connect to the EA servers. I find it laughable that anyone is blaming ISP because every other game I have multiplayer works fine and this never happens. This is strictly the only EA game that I play and the only game that has problems.

not useful, not solved, not talking about beta. and if u read the headline it says bf1 this has been an issue since day 1 on xbox
