Xbox one - can’t connect to the battlefield one multiplayer server

I just got battlefield one but for some odd reason it says that I’m offline and not allowed to play in multiplayer. I really only wanted battlefield for the multiplayer but I can’t play the multiplayer now...

If anyone sees this I really need help.
