Xbox one Sign in Issue

Xbox one: sign in fails with no error. 

Have cleared cache; hard reset, changed mac address, reset modem/router, reset switch, deleted and reinstalled.

All other online games work.

Any idea?

Not sure if you still need help around this, but in case you do try signing into our website using your Microsoft credentials (click the Xbox button at login) so it syncs up your Xbox Gamertag to our servers. This workaround fix helps most players out after the connection/console troubleshooting failed like what you've already attempted. If you've never played an EA game on that Xbox Gamertag before it should prompt you to create an account. Once that is done, restart the Xbox and launch Apex Legends.
