Xbox one - Lost all Need for Speed Payback data

Months of playing and now it’s all gone! Signed into my Xbox One and it’s almost no game data ever existed. It has me doing the prologue.  Maybe my power cut out last night, not sure. Either way it’s all gone. 

Anything that can be done to restore my account? Please help!

I'm afraid we're unable to restore the lost singleplayer progression  It's not stored on our side, but saved locally on your device. If something happened with the save files, we cannot help with recovering them.
