Xbox issue

I have downloaded the game and it won’t even start! I deleted it and redownloaded the game and it still has the same issue. Another question is when I delete it and go to reinstall the game it’s done in a few seconds it doesn’t do th full 25gb. I downloaded the game on my PS4 pro and have no issues on there. So was hoping someone could help me get this fixed so I can play on the Xbox
