[Xbox Series S] Reduced visual fidelity impacting some players

Hey all, we are seeing a lot of duplicate threads related to issues that some users are seeing on Series S in relation to Reduced visual fidelity.

To keep the boards clean and on topic, we are asking that you please do not create further threads related to this issue. We have a number of examples of the issue as you are seeing it and our team is aware and investigating.

Fifa 22 series s 

Fifa 22 EA this is a joke. You’ve put me back to fifa 2004 with graphics like this. It’s like I’m playing on a potato. Sort it out. Absolute joke. Can’t even see the roundness of the ball.

Please can we have the Series S resolution thread opened back up. It seems very suspicious to me that your so quick to close down any thread about the issue. It's not a good look for the company and looks like to us your trying to hide the problem. If you keep the main thread about this open then people won't feel the need to keep creating new threads about this.

Please stop closing thread on Xbox series S resolution issue and fix the Xbox series S resolution issues 

it’s like you guys are paying more attention to the thread than fixing the resolution issues 

now you guys quickly close thread is sad, just give the  same energy in fixing the game 

why do you want to hide your mistakes ?

at the first place didn’t you guy try the game before you release to mess for us to buy as a game and after u take our money for this mess called a game you lock threads we complain or through which we seek our grievances shame on EA all other games work perfect without any graphics issues so why fifa22 a mess 

you guys in the first place deceived us by telling us the game is well optimized for  Xbox series S/X 

and release this mess as a game for your customers to buy we need to even sue you guys for this mess and you always tell us it’s been investigated what shows it’s being investigated? 
just Fix the problem for us so we can also enjoy the game and play out of this blurry and pixelated graphics and images called a game it’s been almost 3 weeks you release this mess called a game and you keep on fixing FUT problems because you gain money form FUT 

so you updating and fixing FUT problem than addressing The resolution problem how do you expect Xbox series S users to play FUT with blurry and pixelated images you need to fix the graphics so we can play the FUT right now for about a week now I have not even played fifa22 because it’s not player and enjoyable since it like like PS3 fifa17 all the players looks the same which I can’t even identify any player because you can’t even see the jersey number
